Our client, a Boston based agency is hiring an "up and coming" Media Planner. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be part of a media team that has an understanding of the emotional relationships their audiences have with the environments where they communicate and how that can affect the impact of their message. This agency focuses on impact driven work, prioritizes their employees and invests in training and development opportunities. The team comes from a variety of agency backgrounds spanning the biggest holding companies to smaller niche independent agencies. They navigate all of the traditional core elements of media planning & buying: reach/frequency, time spent, targeting efficiency etc. The Media Planner must have 2+ years of media planning and buying experience in an agency or brand setting, self-starter and independent thinker, attention to detail, organization, effective time management and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
