Lead change across several technology projects with a focus on driving strategic outcomes and implementing sustainable change. Deliver effective change implementations in alignment with iterative/agile methodologies and address cross-workstream change dependencies and issues. Build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor for workstream leads, defining and clarifying change needs and impacted audiences. Develop innovative communications approaches and tactics that will drive audience engagement and adoption. Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop communications, including email announcements, presentations, articles, talking points, website copy, video scripts, basic video editing, etc. 5+ years' of experience in change management roles with successful track record of leading technology change efforts is required. Must have experience operating within an agile environment and using ADO, as well as experience with driving enterprise level programs and global teams.
