Director of Marketing, Retail Financial Products
Financial services company is looking to hire a Director of Marketing, Retail Financial Products with retail/consumer product experience. This includes retail banking, checking, savings and lending products. Candidates must have one or more of these to be considered for the role. The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and implementation of an integrated, multi-channel marketing communications plan for one or more complex business segments that help drive the success of the assigned business segment(s) and the overall brand of the bank. You will develop insights from marketing research, client data analytics and marketing ROI analytics and incorporate into marketing strategy and tactics. You will manage other team members, both directly and indirectly, as well as agency partners, in the execution of marketing plans. You will also develop the marketing budget for business segment and obtain alignment with business segment leadership and marketing leadership. 10-15+ years of banking/financial services experience required, preferably in a marketing-related role. Retail sales experience a plus. Must have strong knowledge of all primary marketing channels including advertising, direct mail, email, sales materials, digital, conferences, events, social, and experiential.
