Play an integral role in the creation and delivery of trend-forward brand packaging solutions that elevate and expand our client’s retail brand. Partner with the Senior Packaging Specialist to create compelling brand packaging that adheres to established brand guidelines for a wide variety of products (boxes, hangtags, labels, etc). Follow-through from conception to shelf, providing approvals and overseeing successful execution of all components before press and delivery. Compile and release any visual tools/artwork requested by both internal and external clients. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate with Product Development, Vendors, Agents, GBOs and Buyers in the creation and execution of successful brand packaging. Must have 1-3 years of design related experience, an excellent sense of color, type, and style, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) as well as supporting office programs. Prior retail packaging design experience is preferred. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days in-office in the Metro West, MA area.
