Our Boston area healthcare leader is hiring a Social Media Strategist. As a member of a larger marketing strategy team, develop and execute social media strategies across established and new communities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and other platforms. Work along side marketing, creative services corporate communications and other teams to ensure cohesive brand and messaging. Keep informed of social media and industry trends and news to identify unique and innovated opportunities for the organization. Measure and report social media campaign results to provide successes and insights to improve performance with revised, informed strategies. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of social media management with proven success in driving engagement and growth in the digital space. Also, in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices. Prior experience with Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager and Workfront preferred. Healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA privacy are a plus.
