Our growing Boston based B2C and B2B services company is hiring a Social Media Specialist who will own all social channels. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark as a creative and smart social marketing leader, while working with an exciting, growing brand. Develop social media plans, graphic design and platform recommendations that translate company goals into actionable steps and KPIs. Analyze the effectiveness of overall social plan. Develop compelling paid and organic campaigns, original content, copy, and photography. Visit properties to work with the teams and attend property events, take photos/videos, create Reels and any related graphics, as well as write compelling content. Must have 4+ years of experience initiating and executing social content. The right fit for this role will be both strategic and creative and passionate in everything social and storytelling. You also have experience with social media publishing tools such as Meta, Sprout, Later, and more. Must be able to go onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA.
