Corporate Event Specialist needed for Rhode Island based financial company. Assist the events team in completing the tasks and activities related to all corporate event projects for the company. Design, build and manage event registration tool (currently StarCite) for individual meetings and events, and manage the registration process from invitation through event completion. 3-5 years of corporate event planning experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment is required. This 1 year contract role is hybrid but has flexibility with the number of in-office days. Also, late hours and travel is expected.
