Large consumer retail company is looking to hire a Project Specialist to strategically plan and manage a high volume of projects annually within an existing marketing process. You will manage the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously through Creative, Brand, Art Buying, Production, and Studio processes; ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and in alignment with strategic vision and resource planning. Must be detail oriented, resourceful and have the ability to work with ambiguity, strategize and prioritize. Must have the ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines in an ever-changing environment; the ability to follow-up and follow through. Workflow experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Smartpath, Workgroups or other workflow software preferred. 4-5 years project management, traffic or marketing experience managing creatives, preferably in an agency or a corporate advertising environment is required.
