Agency client in Cambridge is seeking an Account Director. This is someone who can come in and work immediately on their larger, more active clients. This role will be the day-to-day lead with these clients. Must be able to get what the client says and understand what they need strategically and also be able to tactically execute what needs to be done and pulling in help on things when they need it. They will be the most central person to these accounts. Will have experience developing content for press releases, pitch materials, website copy and investor materials and have knowledge implementing digital/social strategies for corporate, clinical trial recruitment and patient advocacy initiatives. Must have complete honesty and transparency and will speak up if they need something, or if they see something needs to be changed or fixed. Must have very strong client services project management skills and must be genuinely excited about this type of work; someone who really loves this stuff. Agency experience is a must (even if it's not right now) and a background in pharma/biotech account services is also a must.
