CRM Marketing Manager
Boston luxury client is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager. In this newly created role, you will drive and deliver a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy, proactively manage overall health and integrity of customer database thru validation, lapsed programming, monthly reporting/analysis and routine audits, and lead the charge on the lead generation process. You will also use data and customer insights to build and execute a CRM road map across all channels and optimize marketing automation with email programs and defining of business logic behind customization, campaign prioritization, frequency caps, etc. Salesforce Cloud experience a must. At least 3+ years’ hands on experience in delivering, planning and creating CRM strategies - developing marketing automation from the ground up preferred.
