Corporate Event Manager
Financial services company has a need for a Corporate Event Manager for a long-term contract assignment. The Event Manager will assist the team in completing the tasks and activities related to all corporate event projects for the company and its individual business lines. This includes conferences, business line all-hands meetings, executive town hall meetings, and other projects. Responsibilities include coordinating meeting logistics including catering, audio visual and venue related tasks. A minimum of 3-5 years of event planning experience (in a corporate setting) is required. Must have the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment. Must be able to work after hours/weekend functions/events. Previous event project coordination background required.
