Sr. Digital Marketing Manager
National retail brand is looking to hire a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to help support a variety of initiatives to drive new strategies to acquire new customers, increase engagement with existing customers, and drive enterprise value across both online and offline channels. The Senior Manager will play a key role in crafting marketing plans & budgets, building awareness and consensus across the organization for those plans, and ensuring marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time, and on budget. 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding is required. Must have 3+ years cross-functional leadership experience. Specifically, experience developing and managing the execution of marketing strategies, briefs, plans; supporting execution of tactics. 2+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience required. Experience with email, web, and media strategy a plus. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate their skills and experience. Communication skills are very important in this role.
