In-House Agency Forum (a division of Pile & Company), the leading national membership organization for in-house marketing and creative services organizations, is looking to hire a Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for driving IHAF’s member relations and marketing outreach, including project management of their annual calendar of promotional activity and creative campaigns. The Program Manager also promotes IHAF across a variety of social platforms, while managing and maintaining content on the website. This exciting opportunity calls for a well-rounded professional who can think creatively and communicate superbly—someone with a passion for service and a willingness to dig into a range of tasks. Candidates must have a minimum 3-5 years’ work experience, preferably within advertising/marketing industry; familiarity with ad agency model is a plus. Must have a demonstrated proficiency with social media channels and social posting/listening best practices. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, required; experience with Asana and CRM software, a plus.
