Boston-based boutique agency is looking for a Creative Director to contribute to company growth goals and retention of existing accounts by transforming the current product line. This Creative Director must be hands-on conceptually and be able to execute both copy and design. This person must be a true leader who can set the overall creative standards within the company. Must be able to push the envelope creatively, have direct mail writing experience, be able to lead and work well cross functionally and with clients. 10 years of relevant B2B advertising and direct mail experience is required. Small agency experience preferred.
