Our consumer retail client is looking to hire an AVP, Media & Digital Marketing to support their in house media and digital marketing team. In this role you will set the vision for In House media’s role in the marketing plan and lead the development of media strategy that balances business priorities and external forces to achieve critical long and short term KPIs while future proofing media investment. Be responsible for driving e-commerce sales through effective forecasting, investment strategy & testing roadmap. Leverage media and marketing spend within Social, Search, Affiliate & Video to achieve projected visitation, sales and profit goals for each U.S. Division, while managing expenses. Develop individual talent and a high-performing team of strategic and critical thinkers capable of effectively supporting the needs of the business and guide the team on the approach to sharing strategy, storytelling, and results across the organization. Must have 15+ years of experience leading performance media teams at internal or external agencies or at platform companies in biddable media channels (Search, social, video). Must have established relationships with key vendors in the performance marketing space, including Google, Meta, and TikTok and expertise in testing, learning and optimizing within performance channels to drive stronger results. This is a 6 month contract role and requires two days in-office.
