One of our best clients is looking for an Internal HR Communications Consultant to partner with senior leaders and HR teams during an exciting period of organizational transformation. You’ll have a seat at the table—helping leaders navigate complex change and communicate important decisions with clarity, confidence, and empathy. This is much more than a writing role. You’ll advise leaders on what to say, how to say it, when to say it, and how employees are likely to respond. From executive messaging and employee announcements to FAQs, talking points, presentations, and broader communication strategies, you’ll help bring clarity to change and make sure employees understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what it means for them. The ideal candidate is strategic, curious, confident, and highly collaborative, with the judgment to navigate sensitive situations and the business savvy to challenge and advise senior leaders. Experience in financial services, healthcare, or another complex environment is a plus. This is a 12-month hybrid contract in Boston (1–2 days onsite per week) with potential for contract-to-hire—an opportunity to make a visible impact while helping shape the communications strategy for a business going through meaningful change.
